Cristiano Ronaldo Highlights Cultural Differences at Al-Nassr Compared to European Clubs

 Cristiano Ronaldo has opened up about the notable cultural differences he has encountered while playing for Al-Nassr in Saudi Arabia compared to his illustrious career at European clubs such as Manchester United, Real Madrid, and Juventus. One significant contrast he mentioned relates to training schedules, particularly the practice of training in the evening at times.

During an interview with the Saudi Pro League's channels (via Arab News), Ronaldo was asked about the biggest change he has experienced playing in the Middle East. The Portuguese international responded, "One example is that in Europe, we often train in the morning, but here we train in the afternoon or evening, and during Ramadan, we train at 10 at night. It's something strange, but these situations are part of the experience and create memories."

Ronaldo expressed his appreciation for living these moments and learning from them. Although challenging, he stated that such circumstances are not entirely unfamiliar to him. He also emphasized the passion of Saudi fans for football and their enthusiasm for embracing the lifestyle, expressing his happiness in the current situation.

Contrary to earlier rumors of a potential departure from Al-Nassr during the summer, Ronaldo firmly dismissed any speculation and affirmed his intention to continue playing in Saudi Arabia. Additionally, the league might soon welcome his long-time rival Lionel Messi, who is reportedly set to leave PSG for a lucrative offer from Al-Hilal.

Looking ahead, Al-Nassr has announced plans to travel to Japan for two pre-season friendly matches, preparing for the upcoming 2023/24 season
